Frequently Asked Questions

Simply go to the page of the house or apartment you’re interested in, check availability on the calendar, and select your preferred dates. You’ll be guided through our secure direct booking system.

When you confirm your booking, a 30 % deposit is charged to secure your stay.
The remaining balance is paid before the free cancellation period ends. We’ll always send a reminder in advance.

Payment terms vary depending on the property:

Houses (Casa Lola, Casa Madre Tierra): remaining balance due 30 days before arrival

Alma de Montana Apartments (Alma, Montaña, Reina): remaining balance due 14 days before arrival

Each property offers a free cancellation period:

   30 days before arrival (houses)

   14 days before arrival(apartments)

   After that, the booking becomes non-refundable.

We always recommend travel insurance to cover unexpected events or cancellations.

Check-in from 3:00 PM and check-out before 11:00 AM. If you need different times, let us know — we’ll do our best to help.

All properties have free parking nearby. Casa Madre Tierra and Casa Lola also have private parking next to the house.

Of course! Our houses and apartments are family-friendly. Please check each property’s capacity and layout before booking.

Yes — pets are welcome upon request, with a €50 security deposit.

We simply ask that they are well-behaved and that guests take care of the furniture and outdoor areas.

Smoking is not allowed inside the houses or apartments. You may smoke outside in terraces or patios.

Casa Madre Tierra and Casa Lola have private pools. Alma de Montana Apartments share one pool and outdoor terrace area.

Yes, we can help arrange taxis or private airport transfers on request.

In Cómpeta, you’ll find supermarkets, shops, and restaurants within walking distance.

Casa Lola is located in a rural setting, so there is no supermarket within walking distance — we recommend shopping in Lidl or Mercadona in Algarrobo Costa before arriving
